This family-owned property grounds of 5,500 m2 offers isolation and a very pleasant relationship with nature. The plot is home to many trees and vegetation and has direct access to two beaches that surround the property. It is heady with the sort of potent healing vibe you just don't find in resorts & hotels. Its heart-lifting views out to the sea and the breezy beach lifestyle, radiates a zen-like aura that will detox your mind and remove any negative and stressful feelings.
Trips to the sea below can be done at leisure round the clock from the house; descend the steps to reach the first beach which is just in front of the house.
The second beach is deserted, exclusively accessible from the house and the sand is shaded by the refreshing pine trees. Enjoy long days of sunbathing on loungers on the deck
and beach, dozing under the shade of pine trees, and swimming in the beautiful sea.
In the evening enjoy the sunset and some breeze cocktails in the comfortable sun lounges on the sunset deck. Take a walk around the property and if you are lucky you might bump into the pheasant and the rabbit that inhabit the land!

The beach below the house offers careless moments of relaxation and sunbathing but also an array of day time activities.
Choose to swim across to the small deserted island ‘Troulonisi’ and back, or feel free to use the two canoes that are on the beach. For additional water sports, you can walk your way to the adjacent organized Troulos beach.
If you are felling a little more adventurous, choose to visit the rock tips within the property land to attempt some fishing or snorkelling.
